Greetings, in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As a Pastor I understand the unique needs of leadership at the Pastoral level. I understand how significant every communication you make is and how important it is to build a winning team. In the Kingdom of God there is truly only winning of a soul or loosing of a soul, there is no middle ground. As a Pastor, every time you speak you are establishing the climate and culture of the church that God has providentially placed you in. It is vital that you have a team who understands the significance of the Pastor and the urgent need to follow. Additionally, teams need to know that follow-ship is the classroom of impartation that serves to manifest the vision. As teams develop into highly effective leaders, it allows the Pastor to continue to seek God for increased and expanded vision.

In the 80’s and 90’s I served under the leadership one of the kingdom's greatest church leaders, Bishop Timothy J. Clarke First Church of God in Columbus, Ohio. I matriculated in ministry by serving in multiple capacities. I started as Musician, served as a Sunday School Teacher, Music Director for the Worship Ministry, Assisted the Youth Pastor and was designated as an Elder before planting my first church. I understand, first hand, the importance of getting your leaders trained and prepared for service. I also know that as Pastor typically you train your leaders in the vision and the mission of the church but there is little to no training on how to follow the man or woman of God, we simply pray that they can and will follow.

Now, I am The President of FTL Leadership Group. I serve as the Administrative Pastor at the Northside Deliverance Church of God in Columbus, Ohio (www.kingdomccog.com ) under the leadership of Pastor Niki L. Hampton who is the Senior Pastor. Pastor Niki Hampton is a phenomenal leader who cast vision and builds teams in a way that is making Northside Deliverance Church of God a growing and thriving church in the city of Columbus. She is among the most integrity based leaders I have served under and Yes, SHE CAN PREACH!

With that said, I bring a fresh unique approach and experience to spiritually based leadership training and development for leaders and churches. Even more important I’ll never charge you, all you have to do is bring me to your church, cover my expenses and provide a love gift.
